Nazeli Design is committed to protecting all user information that is collected through Facebook and Instagram paid advertising. We ensure that the data we gather on these social media sites will be used only to the degree of what is listed on this document.

The Information Collected

In order to contact prospective clients and provide our design services, we may ask users to provide personal information such as their location, budget, desired time frame for the project, design preferences, etc. The questions will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Additional voluntary information the user wants to share

What We Do With the Information

Once we receive a prospective client’s personal information, our employees take all necessary precautions to ensure the security and safety of the data. Through the use of a shared private and secure network stored in our database, we organize, manage, and maintain records of each client. All of the information gathered will be kept in our records unless the user expresses that they would like to be removed from our list.

By having all this data, we are able to assist users in a more personalized manner, and share relevant promotional material from our company.

Facebook and Instagram Analytics

We use Facebook and Instagram analytics to record visitor impressions, reach, and clicks through sponsored advertisements. Information collected and processed by these social media analytics includes impressions, reach, click-through rate, and geographic location, which is obtained by enabling cookies on the user’s computer. Nazeli Design does not share any information collected by these analytics, nor does it collect private information such as social security numbers or financial information.

Controlling Your Personal Information

If users wish to keep their browsing history private, they can opt out by turning off cookies through their browser settings. By disabling cookies, we won’t have access to the details of their browsing history on our sponsored Facebook ads.

If users would like to change, update, or delete their information from our database,

they may request to do so by contacting studio@nazelidesign.com and speaking to one of our employees.
