Anything Karl Lagerfeld has done has always been exceptional, so when it came to his previous office space being listed for $10.6 million we knew Nazeli Design had to review it. This 3,111 square foot apartment is located in none other than Paris, France which if you don’t know by now is our founder and principal designer Nazeli’s favorite place.

There is a flow to this office space that shows how much care and detail Lagerfeld put into the space to give it an effective and efficient flow. The main color palette consisting of silver, white, and brown tones is just chef's kiss along with high ceilings. There are 3 separate floors that serve a different purpose. The basement level offers a more relaxing experience that includes a gym, sauna, shower and many more spa-like experiences.

The ground level where the entrance is located holds a reception room, dining room, and wine cellar. Lastly, the second level holds the living area which includes 2 bedrooms and one being the primary. This apartment is artwork, a show to be seen. The details of the sectional that is a U-shape with the cool toned metal accent pieces is legendary. The hues of the dining room set to warm up the space was a great move. It feels like a historic Parisian chateau mixed with modern architecture and is so refreshing to see done so correctly and that was the entire purpose of it.

We have only one word to describe Karl Lagerfeld’s office and it is harmony. The harmonious flow of this apartment is just breathtaking and whoever purchases this space has hit the jackpot. Nazeli Design definitely approves but you knew that already.
