2025 interior design trends
As we approach 2025 we know at Nazeli Design there are going to be a lot of new trends coming. Some old, some new, and some you never saw coming and Nazeli Design is here to keep you in the loop.
2025 is the year all about sustainability and wellness so we think that this is going to be an interesting way of intertwining design with people’s health. It might sound peculiar but when you think about it, it is genius. When remodeling a home a lot of people want to incorporate as simple as a home gym with a sauna. They want to include building material that is environmentally friendly but still fits the aesthetic such as more use of biodegradable materials.
Another huge trend we are going to see is a maximalist approach to decorating along with vintage pieces and figuring out how to reuse second hand furniture. It is going to be about creating interiors that you are passionate about and boost your mood. Although this is going to be one approach another is going to be integrating smart home systems. It is unimaginable the way we have advanced in technology and the little things you can include in your home to create multi-functional spaces.
Jewel tones were predicted to make a comeback in 2024 which they did but we think it is going to be more drastic in 2025. This year people were getting comfortable with the idea of color but next year they will definitely comply with the evolution of going from earthy tones to layering with a more colorful palette which will even include a retro vibe for some. People are also getting into the idea more of artwork and incorporating special sourced pieces correlating back to maximalist design.
We’re so excited to see what trends are going to come alive in 2025 and what is going to remain a trend and what will actually stick around. The beauty of design is the way it is able to evolve and there is a fit for everyone. Nazeli Design is looking forward to helping you navigate the design world one blog post at a time!
