888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana

Another day, another groundbreaking construction project to cover at Nazeli Design. 888 Brickell is a condominium tower by Dolce and Gabbana that is said to set a new standard that is joining the Miami skyline. Located in the prestigious Brickell district, this tower is meant to create a surreal one of a kind experience.

Looking at the facade photos it seems as though it will consist of natural stone, brass and metallic fixtures, black window frames, and extensive lighting fixtures. The views overlook the water and we don’t think it’s possible to ever get tired of it. The interior details that will be specifically Dolce & Gabbana’s design are magnificent, from the furniture selection to the movement of the flooring tiles all the way up to the ceiling details. A spiral staircase is obviously a must for a residence like this. It will also entail high ceilings and even an outdoor kitchen. The tower will be up to 90 levels including 259 units. We can’t even imagine what finishes they will go with but based on these images an all onyx bathroom speaks volumes.

They say location is everything and the financial district of Miami is definitely the place to be. Surrounded by so many necessities like public transportations, theaters, and museums. You might be wondering what amenities will be offered in this luxurious residential building and it’s safe to say it will not disappoint. It will contain different restaurants, fitness rooms that include wellness centers and saunas, a pool club that is 3,800 Sq. ft. and many more. It is almost as though you will never have to leave.

JDS development is currently working with Dolce & Gabbana to bring this vision alive with a set date of completion some time in 2027. This is a first for Dolce & Gabbana and according to them is “where the creative, the curious, the makers, and the thinkers come to revel in the designers' dream.” Nazeli Design is curious on your thoughts, would you consider this complex over the others Miami has to offer?

Make sure to check out when we covered the Mercedes Benz Tower and see which one you would prefer.
