David & Victoria Beckham’s Real Estate Portfolio

We all know and love our king and queen, and yes we are talking about David and Victoria Beckham. How could you not be obsessed with them? Not only are we at Nazeli Design big fans of their style and taste but also their real estate portfolio over the years. We got an insight into their lives through the recent release of their Netflix Documentary and it sparked an interest for us as they seem to show snippets of their home.
Rumors have gone around that their old apartment was decorated with zebra and leopard print. We would have loved to see what that looked like because we believe that only posh Victoria can pull that combination off. Among their many estates we have found two in particular that are lavish and exciting.

Their Cotswold estate is a beautiful farmhouse style. At first we felt surprised to see a designer like Victoria living in such a countryside style of a home but the more we saw throughout the documentary the more it just made sense. Although it’s a big property we loved the cozy, family friendly vibes it gave off with the brick walls and hardwood flooring. According to “Marie Claire” they hired someone to make a “two tier fairytale garden.” They even have real antlers pinned to the wall to give it a real country feel (Architectural Digest). It also most definitely has to include a soccer field.

Our second favorite is their lavish Miami penthouse. Now this sounds more like them. Their view of the Miami skyline is breathtaking and the penthouse itself contains 5 bedrooms. It also has a rooftop helipad and a private beach club. Of Course it contains floor to ceiling windows to enhance the view and special finishes. It definitely comes with a pool and other amenities such as high security as well.
It seems as if they really try to keep the value and historic pieces of homes when they purchase and renovate them. You can tell they like a place with character and as a design firm we appreciate that in a client. The Beckhams portfolio doesn't just end at homes and luxurious condos but also with an incredible yacht. It’s very interesting to us to see how many different style homes they've had and how well the beautiful couple pull it off.
