When it comes to luxury you know who does it best. Of course we are talking about the one and only Kim Kardashian. If you aren’t keeping up with the Kardashians then you wouldn’t know of Kim’s recent $70 million dollar Malibu home purchase. We are so excited about it and ready to give you a break down at Nazeli Design. 

Kim Kardashian has recently been expanding her horizons a lot lately with purchasing real estate in many places. She claimed she wanted this 7,450 square foot Malibu home to be her getaway for a calm environment and creating new memories. The oceanside views she has encountered will give her just that.

She does hint to us in the show “The Kardashians” that she will be renovating and doing some touch ups. We are curious if she is going to create a minimalistic vibe like she typically does or go more coastal. The contemporary style home contains a private pathway to the beach, tennis court, a pool, spa, gym and a view for days. With the wraparound balcony shell never get tired of all there is to sea (like what we did there?)

She definitely ids going to need to do some maintenance like updating the kitchen area and possibly the dining room. How she decides to furnish the space will ultimately make it Kardashion approved.

Nazeli design is so excited to see how Kim Kardashian will transform this space. We only expect greatness from her and are so excited to see it come to life.
